Overview and who this is designed for.
The Summer Portfolio Intensive is a focused five-day program for serious art and design students preparing for competitive university portfolio applications.
Through structured lectures, guided studio work, and group critique, students make significant progress in their portfolio while developing stronger conceptual direction.
Participants receive individualized feedback and gain an inside look at how portfolios are submitted and reviewed through platforms such as SlideRoom and PebblePad.
The program is designed for students in grades 10–12, as well as gap-year students preparing for portfolio-based university applications.

The Summer Portfolio Intensive runs three times, for five consecutive days in July and August and is delivered completely live online.
Sessions are held in the afternoon and each cohort is limited to ensure meaningful discussion and individualized feedback.
The program combines structured lectures, group critique, and dedicated studio time. This format creates the focus of a studio course with the flexibility of a virtual environment.

The Summer Portfolio Intensive is designed for students in grades 10–12 and gap year who are preparing portfolios for art and design programs.
It is best suited for students applying to competitive schools who want to strengthen both their concepts and overall presentation.
Participants should be motivated, open to critique, and ready to engage seriously with their work.

Tuition for the Summer Portfolio Intensive is $695 USD.
This includes five consecutive days of live instruction, structured critique, guided studio time, and personal portfolio strategy.
Students receive both group and individualized feedback throughout the week, along with guidance on presentation and application preparation.
The program is intentionally limited to small cohorts to ensure meaningful mentorship. Payment secures your place in the selected session.
Admission is selective to maintain a focused and committed cohort. Students are asked to submit a short application outlining their goals and current portfolio experience.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until each session reaches capacity. Once accepted, students will receive confirmation and payment instructions to finalize enrollment.
Early application is encouraged due to limited class size.
